Terms:
All companies must supply general business information by complete a dealer application. All orders are COD certified check. All orders must be paid in US Funds. Approved credit terms may receive COD company check in the USA, or net terms upon request. Visa, Master card accepted as well as online payment through Paypal.

Returned Checks:
Regardless of reason for any returned check, there will be a $40.00 service charge and your account will automatically converted into cash or certified funds.

Freight Policy:
All shipments are FOB Riverside Ca. 92505 USA. Freight is prepaid on orders over $1500.00. Third Party shipping accounts are accepted as only a boxing charge is added.

Drop Ship Policy:
All special orders and drop ship orders less than 5lbs, that do not qualify for pre-paid freight will be billed a standard $10.00 shipping and handling charge.

Shipping:
Merchandise received damaged via shipping and/or shortages must be reported within 72 hours. Merchandise received by Airkewld will not be warranted.

Warranty:
All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product to the original purchaser. Liability is limited to replacement of parts found to be defective by Airkewld or a designated, qualified representative. This warranty excludes all labor, paint, fabrication, and installation charges. The warranty also excludes and defect caused by damage in transit, abuse, neglect, accident, parts that have been altered or parts that have been installed incorrectly.

Warranty Returns:
All returns must be approved by Airkewld. Upon request, Airkewld will issue a RGA number. Warranty returns must be marked at the defective point, shipped freight prepaid, be accompanied by a RGA number, and a return invoice listing quantities and part numbers. All returns must have a RGA clearly printed on the shipping label or it will be refused. Credit for merchandise and/or freight will be subject to inspection and approval. Upon inspection and approval or warranty returns, a credit will be issued to your account only.
